Drivers Wanted

If you currently drive for any of the major on-demand passenger ("pax") and delivery companies, such as Lyft and Doordash, we can help to increase your income and make your online time more productive. As a driver-centric organization, we offer our driver/members a better value for their time by providing these benefits;
* Transparency: When we say we give you 75% or more, we mean it. For example, if we provide your pax and collect the total revenue, we give you at least 75% of the standard rate plus 100% of any tips added by your pax. We give you the total amount paid by your pax so that you can easily calculate your percentage - no BS over fees, service charges, etc. that is hidden from you.
For 2024, our standard rate for the RGV is $1.00/mi plus $6.00/qtr hour as calculated by Google Maps. This means that if you have added a premium to your ride, you collect 100% of the premium; conversely, if you have discounted your ride, you will have to absorb 100% of the discount off the standard rate.
This is the formula that we use to calculate a driver's portion of each ride:
Paid to Driver = (Standard Rate * 75%) + Premium - Discount + Tips
Miles = Distance from pax pickup to drop-off
Time = Travel time from pax pickup to drop-off
Standrad Rate for RGV = Miles + Time
Premium = Additional amount charged by driver (driver retains 100%)
Discount = Amount discounted by driver from Standard Rate (driver bears 100%)
Tips = Any extra amount paid by pax
Our standard rate is subject to change at any time; however, we will provide our existing driver/partner roster notice of any changes at least seven calendar days in advance of the effective date of such changes.
* Market-Based Pricing: As Indepenent Contractors ("IC's") you are entitled to having the freedom to set your own prices. We start with a standard rate calculated for each region. When a service request is received, you can accept the standard rate or give a bid that is higher or lower than that rate. Customers are also free to solicit your service at a particular price point.
The current standard rate for the RGV is: $1.00/mi plus $20/hour billed in quarter hours. We use Google Maps to calculate this number.
* Payment: We send your portion of revenues we collect on a weekly basis. Our pay period starts at 12:01 am Mondays and ends at midnight on Sundays. Your portion is electronically deposited to your account the following Friday. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for paying any taxes due.
We transmit your funds to various channels such as CashApp, Venmo, Zelle or ACH (bank e-deposits). You keep any cash paid by your pax and we adjust your revenue payout accordingly.
* Revenue-Sharing: On a quarterly basis, we will compute the profitability of each region and may declare that a portion of profits be distributed to drivers based on the revenue each driver has generated during this period.
* Equity Sharing: It is our intent to eventually spin-off each region as a separate business entity, owned, operated and managed by the drivers in that community. (When Lyft and uber went public, most drivers did not benefit from the IPO.) When the spinoff is completed, we pledge to retain no more than a 25% equity.
* Trust: When a driver and his passenger can create a relationship, only then can trust be established. Passengers will be able to request a specific driver when requesting service, and drivers are encouraged to maintain contact with their passengers so that a bond can be developed.
Click here for a more detailed discussion on how we help you develop a bond with your passengers.
* Builiding Your Own Business: We encourage drivers to develop their own "book of business." Drivers who need us only to collect revenues keep 85% of revenues collected. Drivers who choose to collect their own revenues just pay $25/month to use our app and benefit from our marketing efforts.
* Star Ratings: While we encourage customers to rate our services using the "five-star" system, we do not automatically remove you from our platform unless we receive detailed information. Far too often, passengers will give a low rating based on conditions, such as traffic congestion or severe weather, that are not within the control of the driver.
